Can I use my name on a car, my husband and I have together to get married, if we?

I am currently financing my car loan through Chase Automotive. I am divorced since March this year. I have repeatedly asked my husband, their name for the vehicle is not because he is the co-signatories. I also called Chase and they said they must send a letter and refuses to do so. I am in the process of rebuilding my credit, which was destroyed during our marriage, and receive a rate of 19% in 3 years and still needs more. He wants the credit, even if it went ahead with his new life with a woman who pays all his debts. I'm trying to get into another vehicle in my name now and have only worked long enough to build my credit score for admission to this end. Primary'm in the car, he co-signatories. It Does anybody know if I need to be able to see my name only the car and make it their problem because they do not cooperate and I now have the opportunity to start a new line of credit with no car as my problem?

Answer

Was the vehicle in the divorce papers? If so, who is responsible? If U u is not the name of the loan and put the BR w / car. These issues were discussed during the UR of divorce who pays addressed is what and where willing to be responsible for making ur name!
